In loving memory of Maura (1964-2008), my best friend. This blog is a gift to our sons, Sam and JJ and to everyone who knew her. The entries are in no particular order but are tagged by year and subject. Most everyone know she raced bikes for a long time but did not really see her at races. As anyone can see, she is big on cycling, Hawaii, anything pink and most importantly, life.

1990 Red Honda Civic
Maura's red 1990 Honda Civic with bike racks. We took it to every race until 1994, when we got the red Blazer. This photo is just before the criterium in the 1990 Santa Barbara Stage Race somewhere off State Street.
