In loving memory of Maura (1964-2008), my best friend. This blog is a gift to our sons, Sam and JJ and to everyone who knew her. The entries are in no particular order but are tagged by year and subject. Most everyone know she raced bikes for a long time but did not really see her at races. As anyone can see, she is big on cycling, Hawaii, anything pink and most importantly, life.

Maura And Uncle Don, 2004
Maura and her Uncle Don. In the background is the cornfield that is part of his farm in Fenwick, Michigan. She drove his tractor every time we visited the farm. This photo was taken in 2004 during a family reunion.
