In loving memory of Maura (1964-2008), my best friend. This blog is a gift to our sons, Sam and JJ and to everyone who knew her. The entries are in no particular order but are tagged by year and subject. Most everyone know she raced bikes for a long time but did not really see her at races. As anyone can see, she is big on cycling, Hawaii, anything pink and most importantly, life.

Birthday Presents, 2001
Maura opening her birthday present with help from JJ and Sam. I cannot date the photo but I'm guessing it was in 2001, evidenced by the crib in the bedroom.
