In loving memory of Maura (1964-2008), my best friend. This blog is a gift to our sons, Sam and JJ and to everyone who knew her. The entries are in no particular order but are tagged by year and subject. Most everyone know she raced bikes for a long time but did not really see her at races. As anyone can see, she is big on cycling, Hawaii, anything pink and most importantly, life.

Moonstone Beach, 2007
We went to Cambria for her birthday weekend in 2007. She could spend all day at Moonstone Beach. I took this photo from under the bridge that has a wash emptying out into the ocean.. Sam and JJ looking at Maura as she's walking on the sand.
