In loving memory of Maura (1964-2008), my best friend. This blog is a gift to our sons, Sam and JJ and to everyone who knew her. The entries are in no particular order but are tagged by year and subject. Most everyone know she raced bikes for a long time but did not really see her at races. As anyone can see, she is big on cycling, Hawaii, anything pink and most importantly, life.

Birthday At The Office
I don't remember what year this was but it was before 1994 when she was still working for the Los Angeles County Department of Health Services. They had a birthday celebration at the office.
